At Equishastra, we are committed to providing quality educational services. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair to ensure customer satisfaction while protecting the integrity of our services.

 

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 48hours of purchase.

  • The user has not accessed more than 5% of the course content.

  • There are verifiable technical issues preventing access to the purchased content that remain unresolved after contacting support.

  • Duplicate transactions due to a payment gateway error.

 

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • If a user has accessed a significant portion of the content.

  • If dissatisfaction is based on personal preference or lack of expected results.

  • If the refund request is made after the specified eligibility period.

  • In cases of violation of our Terms & Conditions or misuse of services.

  • If the purchase was made using a discount or promotional offer.

 

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will review the request and respond within 2-3 business days.

  3. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 6-7 business days.

 

4. Subscription & Membership Plans

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced.

  • Users can cancel future billing cycles at any time from their account settings.
